Will my phone work?

Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Model, region and carrier variants matter. Check your phone before paying.

When does my plan start?

Activation rules vary by plan. Review the product page and the instructions supplied with your eSIM. If the start rule is unconfirmed, ask support before buying for a future trip.

Is every destination's allowance the same?

Some plans have reduced allowances in certain destinations. Product pages show the full list, and the optional trip checker helps compare your route.

How is my eSIM delivered?

After payment is confirmed, we provision your eSIM and email its QR code or activation details. Your order page shows delivery progress. Contact support if delivery is delayed.

What if I cannot connect?

Check your installation, selected data line and roaming settings, then contact support with your order reference. eSIMs are non-refundable once delivery details are provided; provisioning failures on our side are handled under our refund policy.

Does it work at sea?

These are mobile-network plans. Coverage depends on reaching a supported land network; offshore or mid-ocean connectivity needs a separate service. Explore plans for seafarers.

How do rewards and referrals work?
