Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of travel eSIMs from Amicus Shipping LLC via sim.amicusshippingllc.com (the "Service"). By buying, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We sell prepaid data eSIM plans that are provisioned through a third-party provider. After payment, your eSIM QR code and activation details are emailed to the verified address you provided.

2. Device compatibility is your responsibility

eSIMs only work on phones that are eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. Before purchase you must confirm your device meets these requirements (see the Setup & compatibility page). You are responsible for the accuracy of that confirmation.

3. Refund policy

eSIMs are non-refundable once the QR code / activation details have been delivered, because the plan is provisioned and assigned to you at that point. In particular, there are no refunds for incompatible devices or for failure to follow the activation instructions. If we are unable to deliver a working eSIM due to a provisioning failure on our side, we will re-issue it or, at our discretion, refund that order.

4. Coverage, data allowances & speeds

Coverage, supported countries, data allowances and speeds depend on local carriers and the plan you choose. Some plans provide reduced data in certain country tiers, as shown on the plan listing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage in any particular location.

5. Email verification & acceptable use

You must verify control of your email before purchase. You agree not to abuse the Service, including by submitting false information, attempting to bypass verification, or probing the site; we may temporarily block emails or IP addresses that show abusive patterns.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and are due in full at the time of purchase.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
