eSIMs are non-refundable once the QR code or activation details are delivered. There are no refunds for incompatible devices or failure to follow installation instructions. Read the policy and delivery exceptions.

What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM you install on a compatible phone. It gives you a separate mobile connection without replacing a physical SIM.
Will my phone work?
You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device. Model, region and carrier variants can differ. Use our compatibility guide before paying.
When does my plan start?
Activation and validity depend on the plan. Check the plan details and the instructions delivered with your eSIM before installing or turning it on. Installation and the start of validity are not always the same event.
Can I keep WhatsApp and my usual number?
WhatsApp and other messaging apps can use your travel data connection. On supported dual-SIM phones you can keep your primary SIM enabled. Your home carrier may still charge for calls, texts or roaming, so check its settings and charges.
Is the full data allowance available everywhere?
Some plans have reduced allowances in certain destinations. The destination checker and each plan page show the allowance that applies to your trip.
What if I cannot connect?
If you cannot connect, contact support with your order number, destination and device model. We will review the issue and help you troubleshoot. Any remedy follows our Terms. eSIMs are non-refundable once the QR code or activation details are delivered. There are no refunds for incompatible devices or failure to follow installation instructions. If we cannot deliver a working eSIM because of a provisioning failure on our side, we will re-issue it or, at our discretion, refund that order.
Can I top up, transfer or reinstall my eSIM?
Do not delete an installed eSIM or assume its QR code can be reused. Reinstallation, transfers and top-ups depend on the product and are not offered as universal store features. Contact support before changing phones or removing your eSIM.
Why do prices differ between eSIM brands?
Compare the actual data, validity and destination allowance, including reduced-data areas. Our store shows the plan price directly, without subtracting future rewards from the advertised price. We do not claim identical service to a more expensive plan.
