How we use it

• Provision and deliver your eSIM.
• Confirm you control the email that receives the eSIM.
• Prevent fraud and abuse (e.g. temporary blocks after repeated unverified attempts).
• Provide customer support and keep records required for accounting.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We share the minimum necessary data with:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Mailgun — sending verification codes and eSIM delivery emails.
• Our hosting/database provider — to operate the service.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to remember your email-verification and compatibility status during checkout, and for admin sign-in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

Verification codes expire within ~15 minutes and are pruned within 24 hours. Security/abuse logs are kept up to 90 days. Order records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes.
