1. Does my phone support eSIM?
Most phones from 2019 onward do. To check:
- Dial *#06# on your phone. If an EID number appears (alongside the IMEI), your phone supports eSIM.
- iPhone: Settings → General → About → look for an EID entry (iPhone XS/XR and newer).
- Android: Settings → About phone (or Connections → SIM manager) → look for an EID / "Add eSIM" option.
- Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
2. Install your eSIM
After purchase, we email you a QR code. Install it while on Wi-Fi:
iPhone
- Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular) → Add eSIM.
- Choose Use QR Code and scan the code from the email.
- Follow the prompts to finish.
Android
- Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM.
- Scan the QR code from the email.
- Follow the prompts to finish.
Can't scan? Use the manual activation code (LPA) included in the email.
3. When you arrive
- Turn on the eSIM line and enable Data Roaming for it.
- Set the eSIM as your mobile data line so you use the travel plan, not your home SIM.
- Keep your home SIM for calls/texts if you like — eSIM phones support both.
4. Confirm your phone is compatible
You must confirm compatibility before buying an eSIM.
Please verify your email on the store page first — your confirmation is saved against that email.
Tip: install the eSIM before you travel; activate data roaming once you land.
