1. Does my phone support eSIM?

Most phones from 2019 onward do. To check:

2. Install your eSIM

After purchase, we email you a QR code. Install it while on Wi-Fi:

iPhone

  1. Settings → Mobile Service (or Cellular) → Add eSIM.
  2. Choose Use QR Code and scan the code from the email.
  3. Follow the prompts to finish.

Android

  1. Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM.
  2. Scan the QR code from the email.
  3. Follow the prompts to finish.

Can't scan? Use the manual activation code (LPA) included in the email.

You must confirm compatibility before buying an eSIM.

Please verify your email on the store page first — your confirmation is saved against that email.

Tip: install the eSIM before you travel; activate data roaming once you land.
