Will my phone work?

Your phone must be eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. See Setup & phone compatibility to check and confirm before buying.

I didn't get my eSIM email

Check your spam/junk folder first. The QR code is sent to the email you verified at checkout. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with your order details and we'll resend it.

The QR code won't scan

Use the manual activation code (LPA) included in the same email, under your phone's "Add eSIM → Enter details manually" option.

Refunds

eSIMs are non-refundable once delivered, and there are no refunds for incompatible devices. See our Terms of Service for details.
